• Director of Strategy - Create a master plan with the club's semester schedule, Develop a peer mentorship program to connect underclassmen students with more experienced upperclassmen in data science, update website
• Director of Operations - manages GroupMe, record meetings, take meeting attendance, Devise learning workshops and training sessions for members to enhance their data science skills
• Director of Outreach and Engagement - Promote club activities, engage with potential members, update Instagram, reach out to club alumni and data science professionals to host a tech talk
• Director of Finance - Organize fundraising events, Collect dues, Manage club's financial accounts, and allocate funds for club activities and sponsored events
• Director of Inclusion - Develop events to increase diversity in data science, work with the director of outreach to recruit these students, and collaborating with other clubs focused on underrepresented students in STEM

Our club was founded on the philosophy that leadership works best when it is shared equally amongst a team. This is why we created the flat leadership style.
